This is his last costume of the film. He was on the edge of turning into a owl in the scene, so here is my interpretation.
To me Jareth is some kind of trickster, maybe incubus, fae spirit that takes the form of an owl normally

Bird Lady part 1
I'm making a figure of a lady who is part bird, like a centaur is part horse.
I started sculpting this head ages ago and I'm finally going to finish it. Its made of Sculpty and Filmo
The sculpture has a metal skeleton and sits on a stand made from a piece of cut wood
I've decided to try and needle felt the body. I'm also going to experiment with needle felting real feathers into the wool. We'll see how it goes...

New Years Day Frogs
